User Accounts

Account Types

• Personal Accounts: For individual event organizers
• Business Accounts: For businesses organizing events
• Vendor Accounts: For service providers and product sellers

Vendor Terms

Vendors using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate product and service descriptions
• Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Vendors receive payouts according to our payout schedule
• Platform fees are deducted from vendor payments
• Refunds are handled according to individual vendor policies

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Harass or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Manipulate reviews or ratings

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODBASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
